Order Cancellation

Stock On Fire respects your right to cancel your order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to cancel, regardless of reason. To cancel, please submit a clear statement via email to customerservicegroup@stockonfire.com.

Please note:

  • A 4% processing fee will be applied upon cancellation.

Return Policy

Stock On Fire offers a hassle-free return process for eligible items. You can return unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of shipment for a refund. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Fees:

  • A 4% transaction fee applies to orders paid with a credit card.
  • Specially ordered products not carried in stock may incur a 30% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unopened.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, undamaged and unused.

Return Process:

  1. Submit a return request.
  2. Our Customer Success team will contact you to confirm details.
  3. Upon approval, return the product with provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued (minus applicable fees).

Important: Returns exceeding 30 days from shipment will not be accepted. Products malfunctioning under warranty will be replaced following our Warranty Policy.

Non-compliant returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Warranty Policy

Stock On Fire offers a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all products purchased. This warranty covers full replacement of malfunctioning units and includes return shipping.

Warranty Procedures:

  1. Contact our Customer Success team to initiate the return process for the malfunctioning item.
  2. Provide details about the product and pictures of the defect.
  3. Upon approval, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return label will be issued.
  4. Return the device following provided instructions.
  5. Upon evaluation, a replacement unit will be shipped.

Important:

  • Replacement units are contingent upon receiving and evaluating the malfunctioning item.
  • We reserve 30 days to ship a replacement after receipt of the returned product.

Non-compliant warranty returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Additional Notes:

  • Our warranty policy covers replacement units but does not guarantee refunds.
  • Ideally, return all items in the original packaging.
