Return Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

StockOnFir.com allows returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect (not as per the order).

2. Return Request Period

  • Buyers must submit a return request within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Any request beyond this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, the Buyer must:

  1. Submit a return request via their StockOnFir.com account within 5 days.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or incorrect materials.
  3. Await approval from the Seller or StockOnFir.com support before shipping the item back.

4. Conditions for Return Approval

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or improper handling will not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Refunds

  • If the return is approved, the Buyer must return the item using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once the Seller receives and inspects the item, a refund or replacement will be processed.
  • Shipping costs for approved returns may be covered at the discretion of StockOnFir.com or the Seller.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns due to buyer’s change of mind are not accepted.
  • Custom-made or specially manufactured products are non-returnable unless incorrect or damaged.

7. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding the return, StockOnFir.com may mediate between the Buyer and Seller, but final resolution remains at the discretion of the platform.

By placing an order on StockOnFir.com, Buyers agree to comply with this return policy.
