Notifier FCM-1-REL Releasing Module

Notifier FCM-1-REL Releasing Control Module supports fire suppression releasing applications in FlashScan® systems. The module continuously monitors and supervises power to the FCM-1-REL release agent solenoid(s). It uses a redundant protocol that requires two arming signals to activate. After activation, the module opens a 3-second window to receive a pair of confirmation signals. If it does not receive confirmation, the release sequence is aborted. the module will automatically reset. It also supervises the wiring to the connected load and reports the status to the panel as NORMAL, OPEN, or SHORT CIRCUIT. The module has two pairs of output termination points available for fault-tolerant wiring and a panel-controlled LED indicator. The module may be connected to either one 24VDC solenoid or up to two 12VDC solenoids (in series). To ensure proper operation, this module shall be connected to a compatible Notifier system control panel only
